I have booked flight tickets using Amazon and the booking agency is Cleartrip. One ticket is booked with indigo and one is with Air Asia. Due to covid-** pandemic both the flights got cancelled. I raised the issue with Indigo, and they resolved my issue and refunded the amount to my credit account. Now I am trying to get my refund from Air Asia but Air Asia is denying to help, saying that we cannot help you and you need to contact your travel agency for refund. When I tried to contact Cleartrip for help they are saying for refund please contact Air Asia. This so bad that in this situation these popular brands are doing so. This is the time when people should help instead of passing the responsibility to each other..
