Air Asia Flight - Flight canceled

I had booked the flight tickets from ur site of air Asia ID ********* n PNR N*US*Q paid ****. The flight got canceled today when asked for refund only ****. They are saying it’s full refund they received only that much. It’s a loss of almost ****.
Please get me my full refund for this ticket.
