I am Sushant Bankar and I would like to request a refund for one of my booking transaction below is the scenario
Booking ID GOFLDMTAND**E**********
On **th February **** around * pm, I was trying to complete my seat booking and web check-in process using the mobile app. Initially, I got an error saying something went wrong, try again later. After some time I manage to complete seat booking step Rs. ***/- deducted from my account and I got an error saying your tool is not compatible and the window got closed. I checked the status and the web check-in and seat booking were incomplete.
Further on the same day at * pm, I tried through website login and I have completed web checking and seat booking.
I haven't got any email from your end about the unsuccessful booking. I would like to request to check this in detail and initiate the refund process for my first mentioned transaction.
