Reliance Smart Store - Money deducted from phone pay account reliance store told they didn t receive it i payed twice they

money deducted successfully from my phone pay but in Reliance store when he clicked status update in his monitor for checkout it was struck. Then the manager came and clicked the cancel button in their monitor. It again came to to start point of billing. They told u pay again the money which u paid it will be refunded to you. For this idiotic issue from their end i ended up paying twice and didn't get the refund for my first transaction.
