Hi , I visit Reliance Store in VR Mall Mohali Punjab. They charged more than display. When we collect stuff with displayed price and then go to counter they charged more than the display problem.
This happens most of the times. The displays price does not match with their system. Staff rudley says we can't do nothing. I have a proof with photos. Totally disappointed when we reach at pay counter and pay extra for the display price items. That's way to they mak fool to customers. Because some customers ignore or don't ask the price. Because they don't know how Reliance cutting their hard working money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
