Reliance Smart Store - Derogatory actions by Assistant Manager of Relainace Store

Recently I visited reliance store in patiala, Punjab.
Total amount of bill was around **** rupees. One item was torn and replacement was not available with them so I started discussion with them to return the said item money to me.
But they told that it's company policy that they cannot return the money. I told them I want to talk to the Manager of the Store.
When I talked with Store manager actually (Assiatant Manager) name Shashi Kumar, he said that item cannot be returned. I agreed.
But he started showing me degoratory actions that you are so talkative and you can do anything what you want.
The degoratory actions to a customer is not tolerable so I warned him but he was so arrogant
