After doing kyc in coindcx I have to add fund to wallet for investment. So I decided to add *** rupees in my wallet. The process of adding fund is such that they provide you their bank account details where you have to send money . Then I send *** rupees on given account details on *th May **** but the money was not added in my wallet. So I send a mail to coindcx and also attached the receipt of transaction then they said that it will take *-* days to add money in wallet otherwise you will get refund. But it has been now * days no money has been added in wallet neither I have get my amount refund. Now they are not replying to my mail also . I contacted my bank also they said that money has been transferred.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
