Zopnow in - MONEY DEDUCTED FROM ACCOUNT AND NOTHING OS SHOWING IN ZOPNOW ORDER HISTORY

At approx ****-**** PM on ** Apr ** I show an advertisement in YouTube about grocery products in ZOPNOW.IN then I have open the site and added some groceries in cart and palced order of ***/- and the payment mode was only UPI . Then I have successfully paid the ammount through UPI but after that no order confirmation message or email recieved from ZOPNOW against this order and in the ammount conformation mail it was mentioned that I have successfully paid ***/- for CASHFREE but will CASHFREE reimburse the ammount because the ammount has bee. Credited to CASHFREE and the ZOPNOW is showing nothing in the order history . Please help me
