I ordered daily essentials from zopnow.in however my money got debited and didn't received any confirmation neither they have customer care nor they providing any solution. I feel like i got scammed

I placed an order on zopnow.in and it took me to the payment page. I paid the amount but received no confirmation on the order. However, the customer care no. Seems fake and doesn't work. Help if you can!
