I paid the money for booking seats and when I called the executive he stated that you need to book the seats again. The money was paid using google pay and the money was deducted from my account but the Indigo executive told me that the money is not credited to their account and hence you need to pay the amount again using google pay again. If anybody from indigo plans on reaching out to me please call me and email me. I booked the tickets using Paytm and the executive with whom I had a word with Pushpak at **:** am at **-**-**** after I tried to book my seats. Please assist as this has caused inconvenience and your executives need to stop making contradictory statements stating "Agent booking" and make a customer feel like an "Agent" and not a customer. This is unjust and unacceptable.
