Debalina Barik filed complaint against Airtel on Jun 30, 2022
I did a prepaid recharge of Rs.*** for my Airtel number ********** through Airtel Payment Bank on **/**/**** at *:**am.
My amount was deducted from Payment Bank. I received a transaction ID PH*************** stating that the recharge was successful. But it was not credited to my prepaid account.
After repeated complaint to Airtel customer service, everytime they closed the case without any resolution.
My last complaint no. is SR-**************. I also contacted the nodal officer of West Bengal. But after ** days also i didn't get the refund. I am an Airtel customer for last ** years. Really frustated with Airtel now.
