Zebpay - Money deducted but not showing in Zebpay Wallet yet

Hi Team,
I did the online transfer of ***** from my icici back to Zebpay bank which is Kotak bank. From ICICI bank it is showing successful and I have confirmed this by contacting customer care but this amount is not yet showing in my wallet. Have tried to reach out to Zebpay but there is no contact number and only an email id. I registered complain with their application and the Ticket # is ****** but still waiting for resolution.
Kindly help me on this and get this settled as soon as possible or get my money back to my icici account.
