I tried booking my flight ticket via yatra.com but ticket was not Booked and money was deducted.
I informed the same the same to yatra team via mail which they have provided on their website. I was informed that the refund will be processed within ** hrs but even after ** days I have not received my money.
After mailing them regarding the same again and again after * day they informed me that within ** hrs refund will be processed but even after that nothing happened and now they are not replying to my mail.
