We have booked a room at Ananta Hotel - Udaipur on *st october, **** for Rs
**** in the
Name of Manav Gour
Payment was done by HDFC Bank
money has been deducted but booking has not been confirmed. I have been sent several mails and raised a ticket YA:********' to yatra customer care since then but no conclusion. They have jusst been saying to wait. It's a huge loss but they're not refunding out money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
