Agoda india - Money debited twice

Hi customer care team,
I am writing this mail to state a problem i am facing. My amount has been debited thrice and refunded once. While making the booking and going through the payment process it shown error while i was paying through my debit card. The amount has debited twice through debit card and then i payed through UPI. The amount got debited from there aswell and then the booking got cancelled but The amount debited by UPI got refunded but not the other two transactions. Kindly please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
