It is to note that Ramesh Tripathi i.e. my father had booked a hotel from your site on **th August ****, and when we reached the destination and called the concerned person it was seen that place was not there it was for many years sold out and we were frauded by your Company who assured us booking hotels with assurance that it was apt. I have already paid for the given hotel and then after reaching our destination i.e. Nashik, Maharashtra we had to book another hotel. Our money and time got wasted in the middle of night and we were defrauded by you, Agoda. I cannot believe you have tend to disturb and harass your customer with such pathetic service and no assurance of the hotels as stated in your site. I therefore want full refund of my money asap and your atrocious customer service is very unpleasant.
Here you will see the attached screenshot of confirmation from your site and the booking Id of the same. Therefore, we want refund our money back, of which we had a troublesome night and had to book another hotel because of such uncanny customer service by you.
