Ola Cab - Money debited twice in Ola via UPI

I had been charged twice for my ride dated **th Feb ****.Rs. *** had been debited from my upi and i got a mesaage from bank for the debit,so that means the server from Ola's side has failed.
The ola customer care said the money should be reverted in *-* days. I waited. Checked with the bank, the usual answer-it will take **-** working days.
I have been trying to reach OLA since then but nobody answers. What is this horrible customer service?
The annoying thing is I was made to pay by google pay again and ola worked this time.

The Ola guys now say that the record cannt be fetched as it has been ** days.
I need my money bank, I have been patient but this is not fair. This is not customer service, this is looting the customers. I have not used upi payment after that being afraid of history being repeated.
