I used Airtel thanks app to pay my electricity bill on Aug **th **** but transaction failed still my Airtel wallet got debited for the bill amount Rs.***.Please reload my money ASAP to pay my bill on time.I am really upset with your customer support because unable to reach your customer care representative even after trying n number of times and also options are not clear to resolve the issue using the usd code.I will never use Airtel Thanks app to pay my bills.Do the needful at the earliest.
