Ajio - Money debited from AJIO wallet without placing any order

Money was debited from my AJIO wallet on June **, ****. The amount was ₹*,***.*. This was debited without placing any order. The order id is FL**********.

This order id is of an older order which was placed on February **, ****, and I returned it and I got the refund also in my bank account on March *, ****. And now on June **, ****, they deducted the same order amount, and I did not place any order. AJIO customer support executive has checked it over a call and confirmed that it is due to a technical error and she has lodged a complaint but every time they say that we have processed a refund in March and told me to check with the bank. They are not talking about money debited in June.
