I booked a flight ticket from Guwahati to Goa on **.**.**** for travel on **.**.****. After few hours of booking and taking the money they cancelled my booking. I found it very fishy and contacted them. They said they will refund the money. After this I did some research online and found that there are numerous complaints against the company Travolook where complaints have not been refunded the money even after * months. It's a fraud company who takes the money of customers for flight ticket booking and cancels it without any refund. Due to the extremely bad reputation of the company I demand immediate refund of the money Rs. **,***/- from the company. I checked online that you have earlier also resolved similar issues relating to the same company. Please help me recover my hard earned money immediately. Regards.
