Airtel Digital Tv - Money debited but recharge not done
GUNAJIT BEZBARUAH filed complaint against Airtel Digital Tv on Mar 19, 2021
I have done a recharge of Rs ***/- for my airtel digital tv on dated **/**/****. The amount got debited instantly, and recharge also showed successful, but my TV screen showing account balance is low. Again i have done * nos recharge of Rs. **/- and Rs. ***/-, but the same thing happened. Amount got debited, recharge showed success, but TV screen still flashing my account balance is low. I have done recharge total of Rs. *,***/-, but TV screen still flashing the same. Kindly refund my whole amount as soon as possible.
