It's being more than ** days already since I've tried to book a ticket from SpiceJet website. Money has been taken from my bank account but site gave an error asking to pay again.
SpiceJet is totally unresponsive to me. They are just saying that they will check if it's true or not. Nothing is solved. I assume that my money is stolen by SpiceJet and don't understand what else can I do to get it back. Should I go to police?
