Hathway Broadband Internet hyderabad - Money Collected but no Interenet connection provided

I was an existing user of Hathway broadband in ****-****, due to the customer experience and service provided by hathway i was not happy and deactivated the account and was using another service for internet. On **th of this month one employee from hathway call center contacted me regarding the reactivation of the service by offering me an discounted price by convincing me to that they have improved better than earlier. I thought i would give a try by taking this service and paid the amount for reactivation ***rs for a Month, and they promised to give the connection within **hrs. it has been * days i haven't received any call from Hathway neither a response from them when i tried to reach out. After a week they have informed me that they were not able to provide the service as their service is not available at my place, so they promised me the refund of the amount paid. But after many email and follow ups i haven't received any refund from them. I have emailed the issue to their nodal officer and she promised me the refund within **-**days but nothing happened.
Its been more than a month but still i did not received my money back,i have wasted my time and money on trusting these guys and they are not even bothered about this issue. I'd like show the power of a common man using this forum to these corporate idiots.
