Booking.com has charged **** rs prior to my stay and when I reached at the hotel on booking date ,they informed me that booking has been cancelled .
Booking.com doesn't provided any alternate stay option.
Even after multiple mail and calls Booking.com didn't initiated any refund yet.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
