Experience with money back plan has been horrible till date. Within two days of subscribing to this plan, my present owner updated me that i could extend my stay for * months. I have contacted Nobroker through all medium and requested to put my subscription on HOLD as obviously it'll be impossible to find a house with a move in date after * months. This plan comes with a ** days validity and my only request was that they restart my subscription after ** days considering I've got a ** day extension on stay from my present owner. All my requests have been denied by multiple customer support calls I tried.
So when I decided to let go off the request for putting the subscription on HOLD, isn't it only fair that I expect the RM to help me with my requiredment for my new movein date? But voila! The Relationship Manager assigned to me hasn't been doing any work either. I have received only one call from her till now(** days past subscribing) that too explaining she would be on leave. Numerous attempts to request call back from her has been ignored.
The app is also very irresponsive, so to say...
The overall experience just feels like a loot and scam. Never recommend anyone reading my review subscribe to any of NoBrokers Paid plans. Trust me, the customer support is miserable. Best is to pay a regular broker a months rent as per industry standard with some negotiation rather getting trapped like this with these online platforms.
