I had purchased the Moneyback Tenant plan but I did not finalize any house from NoBroker and the plan expired on **th October ****. After not receiving any communication from NoBroker for refund process, I contacted customer care to enquire about the refund process and got to know that I have to share a rental agreement within * days to get the refund. I was neither told this before purchasing the plan nor was told about the arm about this deadline. I got the rental agreement which took some time but shared it. Now they are saying that the refund will be denied because I am late in sharing the agreement. I have finalized a house from other sources and would appreciate it if I get my refund as promised.
