I had made a hotel booking in hotel Paramount Tower, Calicat (Go certified property) via Goibibo website. Booking made was for * days (*-* July ****). I checked into hotel at around *pm on * jul **. At &:** pm I complained to hotel about cooling issue in the room. The AC was not effective at all. Wifi signals were also not coming to room. Foaming soap was not provided to use bath tub. After this I was told to wait for some time but nothing changed. At around ** pm I was shown * more rooms, one was with twin bed and other had same cooling issue. Later on at around **:** pm I was shifted to *rd room on another floor. Here also AC cooling issue was same. Not only this, AC was making buzzing sound also which was very disturbing. In general conversation with hotel staff I was told AC maintenance services were called for maintenance and they were scheduled to visit but did not visit. After this no one attended me and it was late in the night and I have to mange somehow as I had to work on next day.
Next day when I came back at *pm, there was no improvement in the AC issue and other issues as well. So again I managed to stay there and checked out in the morning of * jul **.
While on business trip it is expected to have comfortable stay as the day is hectic at work. My stay was not at all pleasant as AC was not working properly, Wifi signals were not there in room.
I raised the complaint to go ibibo realt ime while staying at the property and also raised money back guarantee claim post check-out. Since then I am continuously chasing up Goibibo team for the refund but not getting it. recently I have received an email from customer delight team of goibibo saying the complaint was not raised to hotel, so the hotel has denied the refund which is absolutely not true.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
