Narayan D Pachpute filed complaint against Jio on Jul 18, 2019
On *nd July ****, I have activated the one-month prepaid plan with Rs. *** on my Jio mobile no. Accordingly, I have to get the unlimited call and *.* GB internet per day, currently for calling there is no problem but I do not have internet access. I am trying to contact customer care but they are not responding also not registering the complaint. They have just said to use the sim with Jio phone when I am using it in a smart phone for the last three month with no trouble.
Kindly help me for the same as it seems very big scam when a lot of people facing the same problems.
