I am purchased samsung galaxy m ** mobile **.**.**. charging time mobile is over heated problem . then display is blurred straight lines .**.**.** i go to samsung service center they changed mobile display combo.but over heat problem is not solved.**.**.** mobile is dead condition could not charge. again i go to service centre **.**.** . samsung service technition said mobile internal part pba connector is damaged .we need to head office approvel for service this mobile.**.**.** dated i received call from service center . they said head office is treated it is physical damage issue so they can service mobile with warrenty period .mobile has not not impact to any physical damage . it is totally manifacture default.so i raise the complaint to samsung service centre to service my mobile with warrenty period.samsung mobile have ** month of warrenty period from the date of purchage.
