I have give my Samsung Galaxy M** mobile purchased on May **** to the Samsung official service center for inspection as my mobile was getting switched off frequently.They took the mobile and got an advance of ₹**** on July * , ****. Still now they haven't done any service on the mobile and not giving the mobile and advance paid.I am following up with the service center person for last * months they are responding with lethargic attitude and not returning the mobile and money.They have wasted my time for * months by not returning my mobile I have bought a new mobile because of this issue.Still they are not giving back the mobile which was in good working condition till Julu *.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
