Hi Dear Sir/Mam,
Matter of situation is My Samsung handset Note ** Ultra abruptly started showing Green Line over display on ** October, so I contacted support and I was told it's a software glitch and Company is providing free repairs for sorting the issue. Thereby I visited Samsung Service center nearby in our city[******] where they deposited my phone and verified that offer is valid for the repair. After that, person at service center started pulling vague reasons, making up random issues why he won't fix it and when I said I'll file a compliance report, he asked for another day to figure out and told me he'll repair the device of which I have recording of our conversation. Even when I asked him why he won’t repair device as there has to be one, he won’t provide any, if this is the service experience for flagship mobile?
The next day he asked for money, only then he would put request through to company for parts and repair basically bribe for the work he is supposed to do.
It's been a week and I have to visit the service center everyday to ask him the update and hear him making excuses, I am a working professional and my phone is crucial to my work as anyone else. On top of it I am really disappointed by Samsung Service Center's appalling experience, as I have been avid Samsung Consumer for so many years as almost all devices and appliances in our home are of same. I hope I could get some solution to my situation here.
