Sir /Mam Maine Samsung M** Mobile online amazon.in se kharida tha ** din tak mobile shi se kam kr rha tha uske kuchh din bad Meri phone main ki screen per ek chhota sa spot aaya to maine uske compalin samsung customer care ko kiya per unhone bola service centre per jana main karib * bar service centre per gya per vo log Ye bolte hai Phyical damage hai Ye out of warrenty hai jab ki mere phone Main koi physical defect nhi hai bhut der tak service centre and customer care per bat hui karib main * hous tak service centre per bat krta rha or customer care se bhi bat krta rha fir finally service centre wala bolta hai is main internal damage ho gya ab mujhe pta nhi chal rha hai ki bastvik main kaun sa damage hai na hi service centre mere phone ko shi kr rha hai or na company mere compalin ko shi tarike se sun rhi hai
