I had placed an order of Redmi Note * Pro mobile on **/**/**** in shoprishi website and paid the amount of Rs.***** via phonepe application. But there are no updates on the delivery. Moreover, there is no response also by email and tollfree customer care number.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

I bought Redmi note *pro on the *st of May **** for Rs*****. I never received the phone or refund. I paid by UPI link from my SBI.No response to emails or phone calls. Please help. Mohinder Bath
