Pavan R Agrawal filed complaint against Amazon on Nov 12, 2017
Greetings Sir,
I am Pavan R Agrawal, a prime customer of Amazon. I have purchased Redmi Y* mobile phone with ORDER # ***-*******-******* from Amazon.in website on *th Novemeber and the same was delivered to me on *th November for Rs. **** as a prepaid order.
Minutes later, I opened the box and saw that it contained a bar of soap and charger in place of the Mobile (refer to the image attaced).
I feel harassed as Amazon is upfront denying to refund me the money and disconnected my calls many a times. They are saying that they are doing this on the basis of internal investigation and not ready to listen to the customer and know the reality.
Kindly help me out!!
