I was listening from the word of the mouth that Samsung is good mobile company. After I purchase a new mobile phone today I realised that the company is cheating all innocent people of India. Please stop looting the innocent people of India. Request to you please close you authorised service.
My point is as under:-
(a) I show **% of people are unhappy at the authorised server centre.
(b) The behaviour of service centre employees is very rude.
(c) When I ask to give me some reference they create my job sheet and hand to hand they closed with taking the picture and threaten that ( Jaao aab kahi se bhi ye warranty me cover nhi karega).
(b) My phone Samsung Galaxy M**, which I just purchased *(One) month before suddenly stopped working. When I report at authorised service centre mentioned above they reply that this not come under warranty.
(c) I want to replace my mobile. Today I feel that I got the defective piece and Its all seem manufacturing defect.
(d) The pics of mobile is hereby attached you can also see that is not even a single scratch on my mobile on any side. I have kept my mobile like a lovely child but they excuse given to me seem baseless as this problem did not come suddenly its started one day before and at night its whole screen stop working.

Amazon online shopping- Please do not sell such type of items whose are not a good product.
Samsung Brand ambassador- Please don’t support such type of company.
Youtubers- Please make videos for such type of product.
Media- Please show a reality what an on ground.
Consumer care helpline- Please give suitable instruction to the company.
