Flipkart - Mobile Not delivered

I purchased realme X (order no-OD****************** ) along wih Complete Mobile Protection * Year by Flipkart Protect on **/**/** and the order was deliveered on **/**/** .But When I opened the packet Ifound that a micromax phone which is broken and dead is lying in the box.I immediately contacted flipkart on call,they said you will get replacement if seller accepts it.On **/**/** I got mail that Your return has been accepted and on **/**/** their pick up boy came and denied picup saying it is not the same phone as shown in my device.I again contacted flipkart through email,phone call and twitter multiple times.This time I received a call from flipkart saying they will send some agent to my address who will take snapshot of the item which was delivered and investigate further but no one came.Finally they replied in email and twitter that we have given you product intact.I again requested them to file FIR against the lost package and track the phone if possible but they denied.They just replied thet we would not replace your product nor refund you..
