Samsung - Mobile not delivered still money collected

Jayant Dofey filed complaint against Samsung on Dec 10, 2021

Samsung mobile ordered in first week of November-** on EMI /exchange of old mobile but the courier guys didn't delivered the order due to damage of old mobile.
HDFC transferred all the fund ₹***** to them, supposed to return but still waiting for refund and HDFC deducted * EMI from my account due to not transferring the amount by Samsung to HDFC.
We contacted both of them and blaming game is going on and I am suffering. I am an Air Force Veteran.

Samsung replied that, they started the process of returning the amount to HDFC in last month itself but it's almost one & half month...no refunds.

Kindly guide me.
