Atul Gupta filed complaint against Amazon on Oct 28, 2021
I have ordered the phone(VIVO Y**s ) via Amazon on *th October ** and I got the delivery on **th October ** (Time **:** PM).
But in the BOX phone was not there and which was really horrible for me and the same time I called back delivery guy and escalated to Amazon CCE.
Till now no resolution provided by Amazon team.

Please have a look on this and give me a solution.
