Problem – I purchased a mobile phone on **.**.**** which got delivered on **.**.****. When product got delivered the box was opened condition from the back side, and the mobile phone & back cover was not there in the box. Only charger and data cable were there in the box. The company replied that they will not initiate the refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
