Hi,
I bought a mobile Redmi Note* pro of *****INR from flipkart with complete mobile insurance of ***INR. In feb**** I had some issue in mobile so gave it to insurance company "Jeeves consumer services" for insurance claim in feb****. They asked me that product will be deliver to me within **business days. Now it has been *months that product has not been delivered to me. Whenever I call them even before lockdown they keep on telling me that it will be deliver to you in ** days and our team will comtact you within *days. Even now after post lockdown they still kepn on telling me same thing, whenever I call them they keep on telling me sir wait for * days .

They even charged me ****INR for file charges

Please help me in this.
