My Samsung Galaxy S** lite handset is under Insurance from One Assist. The coverage is from *th Nov ** to *th Nov **. It is applicable both for Accidental damage and liquid damage. Recently since last * days I observed some spots on my LCD screen and Samsung Service centre confirmed its a liquid damage, I made a claim at One assist with all proper and required docs but surprisingly they rejected the claim by saying it is amysterious reason damage. I also lodged complain at IRDA Consumer forum regarding this
