JEMSHEED filed complaint against samsung on Jun 13, 2026
Dear Sir,
I purchased a Samsung S** Ultra mobile phone from Store**, Calicut. The phone was delivered to me through courier. On the same day of delivery, I noticed display line and screen blinking issues. I immediately reported the problem to the seller and provided all necessary proof, including photos and videos.
The seller initially assured me that the handset would be replaced. However, even after more than ** days, no replacement has been provided. I have been following up with them continuously, but they have only been delaying the matter without providing a solution.
Later, they informed me that the phone could be repaired and that they would bear the repair cost of approximately ₹**,***. Subsequently, they asked me to check the repair cost at a Samsung service center in Bangalore. The estimated repair cost was around ₹**,***, which I communicated to them. Based on their instructions, I proceeded with the repair.
However, after the repair was completed, the seller refused to reimburse the repair charges as promised. They are now not responding to my calls or messages and are stating that they cannot do anything further regarding the issue.
I request your intervention in this matter and seek a refund of the repair charges along with appropriate action against the seller for supplying a defective product and failing to honor their commitments.
I have all supporting documents, including purchase proof, communication records, and service center invoices, and can provide them whenever required.
