From Paytm I have ordered mobile with order id *********** on **Jan. Order was shipped through Ecom Express with tracking id: *********
It's already ** days crossed and I haven't received my order yet. Delivery related details also not showing properly in ecomexpress tracking
I have contacted both Ecom express courier partner and Paytm multiple times but no resolution was provided yet.
Please take relevant actions and make a way for my product delivery. Also take appropriate actions on courier partner for not delivering products as mentioned.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
