I recieved a defected iphone * plus from amazon and from the moment it came I'm repeatedly asking amazon to return it and they told me to contact apple and then get a jobsheet from apple service center and then mail it to amazon customer service they authorised the return and initiated a pickup and then after one day it got cancelled, again I called amazon then they again initiated a pickup it got cancelled and again I called amazon they initiated a return and then it got cancelled, then again I contacted amazon they said I've to mail investigate@amazon.in the details and everything then they mailed me they'll look into it and told me not to talk to customer service normally as they'll not be able to help me and now only * day is left to return that phone last day to return is **th august and still no sign of pickup!
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
