Xiaomi - Mobile blasted while on charging

I was complained about my mobile blasted(A*) in voxya platform on February month of ****. I didn't get any response from responsible company of my mobile blasted which is XIAOMI. After one year I again complain about this issue. But till now I didnt get any response about my lose. I totally lost my patience, so i am giving you last chance. If didnt get any response from xiaomi company, I will go through physical legal procedure.
