I had flight booked for for travel date in Apr ****, which have been cancelled by airline due to Lockdown. I had refunded with total amount of **** in form of credit cell to Indigo airline.
On request of getting it back to account with airline it have been processed with them (attached as reference) for same amount of Rs.****.
But by Makemytrip I have received the confirmation of refund only of Rs. ****
(reduced by ****) with wrong flight dates ( mentioned as *nd Apr and **th Apr )
As per DGCA guideline & T&c mentioned into MMT (attached screenshot) there should not be any deduction into credit cell refund amount while reversal into account
Also, Please share any customer care contact number to explain the issue in detail. All the available no is not reachable to customer support.
