Margaret filed complaint against Swiggy on May 16, 2019
Swiggy is not allowing me to log in with my number and they are forcing me to use someone else's number. They are not willing to send me an OTP either. They have called me on my number too by which they have verified that the number belongs to me. I was advised to get a new number but they are rigid on not letting me use my number. Hence I suspect fraudulent activity with my number.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
