Naim Adam Inamdar filed complaint against Amazon on May 12, 2022
Ordered samsung galaxy M** *g mobile from Amazon when opened delivered package received "Surf Excel along with deck of cards" inside mobile box instead of mobile phone. Raised the issue to AmazonCC immediately then they took ** days for investigation and then denied for replacement or refund stating that they have delivered right product. My order details as below

I am very disappointed with there service and loosing my hard earned money. They are not ready to listen my problem further.
