Air Vistara - Cleartrip Refund issue

My husband and I were booked on an Air Vistara flight from Bangalore to Chandigarh (UK - ***).

Couple of days before the flight, we got a flight cancellation email from ClearTrip, clearly stating that THE AIRLINE HAS NOT PROVIDED AN ALTERNATIVE. Here, we were explicitly asked to go to Cleartrip and cancel on the flight again and select the right reason. We did so for both ticket IDs: Trip ID ************ and Trip ID ************

However, on doing so, we got a full refund for one of the passengers (me : Nikita Dawda) and not my husband (Tarun Firodiya). Screenshots attached below (airline charges of Rs. *,***). We've spent a lot of time, and energy trying to chase booth Vistara and Cleartrip, explaining details of the case- to no avail or sympathy.

It's quite unfortunate that two platforms of such repute/name, refuse to even engage with us - instead insinuate that we may have cancelled tickets on our own (FOR WHAT JOY, I can't tell) When it is clear that in one ticket that we have been refunded and on the other, our money has been stolen (Rs. ****).

This flight, as one can check in records, also never took off (as confirmed by both cleartrip and vistara)- Pls let me know if there is any resolution here. I'm extremely tired from having to explain this issue to multiple SX folks and I'm not interested in engaging with anyone except a person who can give a resolution to us.
