I placed an order for two identical products in different sizes s and xxl, but I received only one product instead of both. Despite reaching out to your customer service team to report the issue, their response was unhelpful, and my concern remains unresolved. This has been a highly disappointing experience, as I expected better service from the platform (Ajio). I request that the missing product be delivered immediately at no extra cost and that appropriate measures be taken to ensure such issues are not repeated in the future.
